SMS Program

How our optional text messages work, how to join, and how to stop at any time.

Two optional programs

Gem Beauty Group LLC (Hidden Gem Ely Lash) offers two separate text message programs. Each one requires its own consent.

Customer care: appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and responses to your inquiries.
Promotions: lash service offers, masterclass and event invitations, and announcements.

How to join

Enter your mobile number on our "Request Information" form on this website and check the box for the program(s) you want. Both boxes are unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START.
